First AAC plant in Jordan
Wehrhahn supplies an AAC PLUS production plant to General Lightweight Concrete in Jordan. This is the first AAC plant designed to meet the growing demand for high-quality and modern wall building materials in Jordan.

Wehrhahn SMART for Omsk, Russia (AAC)
Wehrhahn presently supplies machinery and equipment for an AAC plant, type SMART, to the company OOO Omskij Savod Avtoklavnogo Jacheistogo Betona. The plant will be taken into operation in spring 2007.

AAC Plant for TEPLIT, Russia
Teplit, the first Wehrhahn client in Russia, runs a Wehrhahn AAC plant with a capacity of 600 m³/day. The Teplit plant successfully operates with PFA (pulverized fuel ash) from power plants and shock table technology.
Now, the plant capacity will be doubled to 1200 m³/day.
Teplit recently placed an order for their second project REFT, type Wehrhahn SMART.
SMART-type plants offer many benefits regarding existing plants with autoclaves of 3,6 m diameter.

Modernization in Chernigiv, Ukraine (AAC)
Wehrhahn is involved in modernizing the existing AAC plant of Tschernigowskij Sawod Stroijtelnich Materialow. Except for some autoclaves the complete machinery and equipment will be replaced (modernized) and supplied by Wehrhahn: starting from dosing and mixing section to automatic packing.
