Cone Crusher Our PYB series cone crusher can be divided into spring cone crusher and single rod hydraulic cone crusher, and it is applicable for ore and rock whose crushing compressive strength are not in excess of 300 Mpa. It is widely used in mine industry, metallurgy industry, building industry, road construction industry, chemical industry, and silicic acid industry. The materials can be hard and medium hard ore and rock, such as iron ore, limestone, copper ore, quartz, granite and sandstone, etc.
Working Theory of Cone Crusher :
When cone crusher works, the movable cone revolves around a fixed point, so that the crushing walls of movable and fixed cones becomes close or far from time to time, and the ore is bounded constantly in the crushing chamber, is crushed under the function of pressing and bending, and is discharged after it is crushed adequately. The inner wall of crush is covered with high manganese steel lining plate. The outlet can be adjusted with hydraulic or manual mode.
